Fourth of July 2006 Dinner
Wait...We were supposed to BBQ for 4th of July? Oh wells! We had pan fried Catfish (marinated in soy sauce, lemon juice, olive oil, cinnamon, chili, Cajun creole seasoning, paprika, and garlic), some greens, seasoned fries, and corn on the cob!
Dessert!
And for dessert, Eileen made some tasty strawberry and banana smoothies to go with our Marie Callendar's strawberry and banana cream pie.
